We are proud of our proven experience of delivering ships since 1957; having successfully supplied offshore support vessels, liquefied gas carriers, container vessels, tankers, bulk carriers and various other types of ships.
With a focus on supply of ships for offshore support applications, the Merchant Marine division of Ferrostaal AG offers a combination of shipbuilding competencies with a vessel financing concept that allows offering specific solutions to our customers according to their requirements. We contract ship newbuildings on account of third-parties with shipyards in Germany and abroad. Our latest tailored offerings include platform supply vessels and anchor handling tugs.
We have a project oriented approach towards the business encompassing co-ordination and management of ship construction. Our integrated offerings comprise of engineering, procurement of material and equipment, supervision, consultancy, technical assistance and financing.
As part of our services, we can also supply customized packages of marine equipment and material.
