Pump Type Series W / V – universal pump These pumps can handle virtually any fluid, regardless of viscosity, lubricity or abrasiveness e.g. seawater, bitumen, molasses, lime, acid, caustic solution or hydrocarbon. The W-range is a horizontal pump execution with external bearings. We distinguish between the short execution (Wzk) and the long pump execution (Wz). The short execution will be used for applications with high differential pressures. Due to the low space for the mechanical seals the choice of the seals is limited. |

Pump Type Series HC / VHC – low pressure pump HC pumps are modified W-pumps with deep chamber design, reduced outer dimensions and higher efficiency. This new screw profile further improves the excellent pump performance characteristics: The flow rate is increased by up to 30% and the total efficiency is improved by up to 15%. The pump weight is reduced by up to 35% and the space savings by up to 30%. This pump type is available in vertical and horizontal execution. |

Pump Type Series HP – high pressure pump The Bornemann HP type series pump was developed specifically for high-pressure crude oil (including oil, water, wax and even a minor gas content) transfer applications. The heavy duty design has proven its superior performance in various applications and countries over the last 25 years. The Bornemann HP type pump is providing significant operational advantages for example but not limited to · Self-Priming capability · Smooth, pulsation-free operation · Capability of handling non-dedicated fluids or fluid with changing characteristics · Totally field repairable with replaceable liner or complete cartridge design |

Pump Type Series SL – compact pump This range is a further development of the self-priming Bornemann twin screw pumps. This pump distinguishes for robustness, a good induction behaviour and a gentle, low on pulsation production. The pump is constructed in a way you can dismantle it without effort for going ahead with maintenance or cleaning. According to users requirements these SL-pumps can easily be adapted to viscosity, temperatures, working pressure, speed (ranges from 200 rpm – up to 3.600 rpm) and other criteria. |

Pump Type Series SLH – sanitary pump The SLH-range is the latest generation of Bornemann twin screw pumps with external bearings for sanitary applications. This pump design is very similar to the SL-range. Main item of this advancement is the new 3-part housing. With its 2 different positions of the suction flange combinations in total, which permits the so far unknown flexibility to the operator, to adjust the pump to given process requirements. The median frame component which forms the sealing line to the screws, is easy to exchange. This means low maintenance costs at abrasion. |

Progressive Cavity Pumps Bornemann Progressive Cavity Pumps are compact, rugged and powerful. They are available in various power ratings and combinations of material. They have proved their value world-wide in public and industrial waste water treatment and in waste disposal. They are an optimal solution to pumping tasks in the chemical and petrochemical industries, the food, cosmetics and paper industry – everywhere where the pumping product is too viscous and solids flow too poorly to be pumped by other types of pumps. |

Pump Type Series EL – compact pump This pump has a bloc design. The geared motor is directly flanged to the pump without using a bearing casing. Due to this the length is shorter, the weight is lower and a baseplate is not required. These pumps are suitable for low or high viscous, neutral or aggressive media, with or without solids. This design is available in one (6 bar/90 psi) and two stages (12 bar/180 psi). |

Pump Type Series EU – submerged pump Submerged, especially designed pump housing and joint shafts for individual application, for fluid of low or high viscous media, with or without solids or fibres. These pumps are usually placed directly on the pits or vessels or are attached to a wall. The pumping components are always immersed in the medium. The range EU is available with one stage (6 bar/90 psi), two stages (12 bar/180 psi) or four stages (24 bar / 360 psi). |

Pump Type Series EP – high pressure pump EP pumps are used for high pressure applications up to 80 bar at comparatively low capacities. The fluids handled may have low or high viscosities and may contain fibres or solids. This suits for operations with sludge, chemicals and petrochemicals, crude oil and condensates, etc. The pumps are available in 40, 64 and 80 bar ratings. |
